The R+D activities have been expanded according to the results obtained.
1st phase: Study of our natural resources
Analysis of the different types of existing carob trees and crop conditions. Determination of the optimum factors to obtain a carob fruit with the best quality guarantee.
2nd phase: Discovery of new products and their development
In collaboration with several universities, research into the carob fruit from a nutritional point of view obtaining new product derivatives, with their own productive processes, all of them protected with patents in the main countries of the world.
